This workshop explores methods for facing these important interactions and provides tools that enable you to handle them effectively. You will gain the ability to promote a safe environment (in which others are encouraged to express themselves freely), speak persuasively rather than abrasively, learn to suspend judgment, and translate important interactions into action plans that get results.

Participants will leave this workshop with an increased understanding of the dynamics inherent in difficult situations, the ability to anticipate and to avoid communication busters, and an increased ability to resolve conflicts in both professional and personal capacities.
