Have you ever been talking with someone and suddenly realized that the two of you were having completely different conversations?

An understanding of personality types can greatly enhance communication, performance, and teamwork, while minimizing misunderstandings and conflict.

Each participant will have the opportunity to take a temperament assessment (MBTI), followed by a half-day workshop that explains the dimensions of personality type and details what each type means, for the individual as well as for the organization.

Personality typing is usually done as a follow up to Communication Styles.
